Assessment-Strategic Planning Matrix

The Division of Student Affairs (DSA) assessment-strategic planning matrix is a tool for recording departmental goals and their connections with the DSA strategic priorities, identifying how departments plan to achieve and measure progress toward their goals, and documenting the results and next steps from goal setting/attainment.

The matrix also has direct connections with other departmental assessment activities, such as planning for key performance indicators (KPIs) and spotlight stories to be included on departmental dashboards and collecting information for program reviews and accreditation efforts.
