Students paint at Freshman Day of Service

There are different ways to support students, both financially and through other means.

Volunteer

Your time, enthusiasm, and financial support increase the prestige of the George Washington University (GW) and allow students to make the most of their GW experience. Find volunteer opportunities and learn how you can donate your time to impact the university.

Make a Gift

  • We Are GW Faculty & Staff Giving Campaign: Gifts made through payroll deduction are one of the easiest ways to make the biggest impact. Faculty and staff giving serves as a measure of support and pride for the university. As members of the Colonial family, our gifts demonstrate our confidence in the mission of GW and the Division of Student Affairs.
  • Senior Class Gift Campaign: Your contribution to the Senior Class Gift gives current and future GW students the same resources that you received through gifts of the GW Alumni who came before you. In 2013-2014, 40% of seniors who gave to the Senior Class Gift Campaign gave to Student Affairs through student organizations, Greek Life, or the Chernak Opportunity Fund.
