Raise Up GW REACH Program

Designed for GW faculty and staff, the Raise Up GW REACH program seeks to build student Resilience by promoting Engagement with and Access to Campus Health and well-being resources. Faculty and staff have the opportunity to engage in workshops that will provide information about student well-being trends, availability of services, and how to make appropriate referrals to those services.

Navigating Anxiety and Substance Use Disorder in Adolescents & Young Adults

In response to an ongoing youth mental health crisis, join experts from The Dorm and Center for Motivation and Change to dissect social anxiety and substance use disorder in adolescents and young adults. This psycho-educational presentation will be followed by open discussion and time for questions with the audience.

  • Techniques and clinical treatment: the benefits of psychotherapy, exposure-based therapy, and behavioral modifications for social anxiety and substance use disorder
