Resolution Pathways

Conflict Education & Student Accountability (CESA) provides GW with an array of resolution pathways to respond to student conflict and conduct in order to promote a supportive and educational University community. These services are available to members of the University community when a student is an involved party.

Learn more about CESA’s processes, resources, and services. Please note that some conflicts are more appropriately addressed by our partner offices, and so we may refer students to those partners. For example, we may refer roommate conflicts to our colleagues in Campus Living & Residential Education (CLRE). CESA does not provide landlord/tenant mediation.
