Why Bring Your Group to The SUMMIT?
At SUMMIT, teams learn by doing. Through engaging, challenge-based activities, groups navigate the stages of Forming, Storming, Norming, and Performing, developing the communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills essential to high-performing teams.
Our experiential approach encourages participants to step outside their comfort zones, build trust, and engage with one another in new and meaningful ways. Facilitators use metaphors, reflection, and guided debriefs to help participants connect their SUMMIT experiences to challenges, relationships, and opportunities in their everyday lives.
Every program is intentionally designed around the unique needs and desired outcomes of each group. Programs can focus on:
- Diversity & Inclusion
- Trust & Communication
- Creative Problem-Solving
- Team Cohesion & Community Building
- Leadership Development
- Goal Setting & Achievement
The result is more than a day of activities—it’s an opportunity for teams to challenge themselves, strengthen relationships, and develop skills they can carry back into their organization.
Flexible Program Options
We offer flexible experiences designed to meet your group’s needs and location. Choose from two convenient options:
- Bring SUMMIT to You: Our team can travel to a site of your choice and facilitate engaging, portable ground-based activities.
- Come to SUMMIT: Bring your group to our SUMMIT on Mount Vernon Campus for a full experiential learning experience in our dedicated environment.
Whether we come to you or you come to us, each program is designed to create meaningful opportunities for team building, connection, and growth.

- Testimonials
- "I enjoyed the laughter, building connections with my peers, and collaborating as a team to successfully complete the activities. It was fun!"
- "Opportunities to challenge ourselves both as individuals and as members of a team. And it was so fun!"
- "It was a fun and unique experience despite the heat. The physical activity was particularly welcome after the previous day for our staff, which was a broader division meeting in the traditional style of sitting in a room watching PowerPoint presentations. And since our team has many remote staff, it was a really great opportunity to get to know and interact with them in person. We have had in person meetings before, but this structure didn't permit people to just speak to the couple of people they know or work with directly. We have a wide range of responsibilities and many of us do not regularly work with each other."
- "It was great to get outside and do something different! I like physical and teamwork challenges."
