Alexandra Folleco is a GW alumna and instructor at Lerner. She grew up dancing in multiple styles and first got into group fitness by becoming a Zumba instructor. Zumba is her favorite group fitness style as she is able to continue her love for dance while getting a good cardio and toning workout while having a blast. She hopes that participants who come to her class will love the diversity of Latin music and rhythms and forget they are breaking a sweat! Alexandra is always happy to connect with participants and take any song requests! See you in class!

Brian Stamps

Hi, I’m Brian, and I’ve been teaching group fitness classes since my college days! Helping individuals achieve their fitness goals is my passion, and I love working with people of all experience levels. My specialties include HIIT and strength development, but I also bring a wide range of expertise with certifications in TRX, yoga, strength and conditioning, weightlifting, meditation, and personal training. I believe physical fitness is essential to a healthy lifestyle, and I strive to inspire others by leading through example. Hanna Araya

Hi, my name is Hanna Araya. I am an undergraduate student studying International Affairs and International Business passionate about fitness. I love instructing classes and helping others on their fitness journey for the mental and physical benefits. My goal is to help you learn how to love exercise and to use it as an outlet, rather than a chore. I teach Barre and Strength & Core, which align with my background in gymnastics and weightlifting. Stop by a class anytime!

Jaiden Bluth

Hi, I’m Jaiden and I am a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. I am getting my BS/MPH in Nutrition Science, Emergency Health Services, and Community-Oriented Primary Care. I first began working in the fitness industry during COVID-19 in North Carolina while playing tennis and running track and cross country during high school and quickly fell in love with personal training and group fitness. My favorite class format to teach is low impact beat based workouts. I aim to create a space where you can leave the rest of your day at the door and find 45 minutes that are just about you! I hope that you leave my class feeling empowered, sweaty, and like a stronger version of yourself.

Katy Nazaretova

Hi all! My name is Yekaterina but I also go by Katy. I discovered my passion for movement at a young age through weekly ballet, tap, and jazz classes at a local dance studio in Washington state. I found yoga while looking for a similar sense of community and exercise in college and have continued practicing for over fifteen years. I completed 200-Hour Yoga Teacher training at Flow Yoga Center in 2024 and am dedicated to helping others navigate uncertainty by sharing the tools of yoga alignment, cultivating mindfulness, and exploring the connection between mind and body. My classes are a blend of Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Pranayama, and mindfulness-based stress reduction techniques.

Keileen Estrada

Keileen "Leen" Estrada (she/her) has been a certified 200-hour RYT since Oct. 2020. She is certified to teach Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga and has a strong passion for teaching others to have a better connection with their mind, body, and soul. She uses affirmations, intentions, visualizations, music, aroma therapy, and manifestations to promote an environment that is loving, accepting, reassuring, and nurturing for students to better express themselves through movement, breathwork, and mindfulness.

Lyla Souccar

Hi, I’m Lyla! I’m a group fitness instructor teaching Cycle and Strength & Core classes. I’m currently studying Exercise Science and Emergency Health Services, and I fell in love with weightlifting and movement four years ago—it’s been my passion ever since. My classes are high-energy and designed to challenge you while keeping it fun. You’ll leave feeling stronger, more confident, and energized for the rest of your day. I’m always open to music requests, and I can’t wait to see you in class!

Olivia Bobrownicki

Unlike any other form of exercise, yoga demands both physical strength and mental calm. Each of my vinyasa classes brings a new sequence, a new meditative technique, a new essential oil, and a new challenge pose. My goal as your teacher is to continuously push the edge of your abilities as a yogi, whether it’s your first yoga class or your one hundredth. Hand balances are my passion- they’re a special challenge I’ll delicately and slowly incorporate into our classes together. We will stretch and breathe and strengthen our bodies, as we reach a final state of restorative calm.

Olivia Parker

Olivia first found yoga during college, seeking strength and flexibility to complement her ballet and modern dance training. But what started as a fitness hobby soon turned into a much deeper practice. In June 2024, she completed her 200-hour Teacher Training at Sangha Studio in Burlington, Vermont, with co-owners Caitlin Pascucci and Claire Pascal, and she is currently in the process of completing her 50-hour Yin Training online with Bernie Clark and Diana Batts. In Olivia’s classes you can expect to find slower flows with longer, gentle holds and a focus on breath, mindfulness, and relaxation. She strives to create accessible spaces where all feel welcome, because yoga is for everybody. Olivia is also a current graduate student at GW’s Elliott School of International Affairs. She is looking forward to sharing her practice with you!

Rory Monaco

Hi! I’m Rory, and I teach yoga here at George Washington University. For me, yoga is all about finding connection between breath and movement: fostering a sense of mindfulness that you can carry with you off of your mat. I encourage all my students to find a form of movement that feels authentic for them, where they are able to be the best version of themselves and grow towards their goals. When not in the yoga studio, you can find me teaching fourth graders in Arlington, VA (where I subtly teach them yoga flows during our brain breaks!)
