Wellbeing Resource Directory
We've compiled a list of campus and D.C. resources to support your wellbeing at GW. Use the filters to search for resources by cost, support topic, location, and eligibility. If a resource or service is missing from this list, send us an email at wellbeinggwu [dot] edu (wellbeing[at]gwu[dot]edu).
All GW Students have FREE, 24/7 access to virtual care services with TimelyCare — the virtual health and well-being platform designed for college students. TimelyCare provides scheduled and on-demand medical, counseling and psychiatric services.
The Title IX Office is GW’s centralized resource for receiving reports of sexual harassment, supporting members of the community impacted by sexual harassment, and providing a fair and transparent process to adjudicate sexual harassment complaints. The Title IX Office provides prevention and awareness programming to educate the GW community on creating safe, respectful, and inclusive education and workplace environments. Students experiencing pregnancy or related conditions (including childbirth, termination of pregnancy, lactation, related medical conditions, or recovery from any of these conditions) can also access support through Title IX.
The GW Writing Center is a free service for anyone on the GW campus and assists with academic, personal, and professional writing. Consultants cultivate skilled, confident writers by facilitating conversations at all stages of the writing process. Working alongside peer mentors, writers develop strategies to write independently in academic and public settings.
